Jarret Tarnol is a Director at Quantum Capital Partners where he is focused on originating, structuring and executing debt and equity placement across all property types.

Prior to joining Quantum, Jarret was the Director of Commercial Real Estate Finance at GFI Capital Resources in New York City where he arranged over $500 million of debt and equity placement on a variety of property types. One of his notable assignments at GFI was the successful financing of the Ace Hotel portfolio.

Jarret began his career at Marcus and Millichap, in Multi-Family Investment Sales. Realizing his natural interest and abilities were on the financing side, Jarret went to work at commercial mortgage banking firm CRC where he placed over $50 million dollars of debt in his first 9 months.

Jarret also started the film production company Tarnol Group Pictures. There he oversaw the financing, production, and the sales of 8 feature films. Jarret is known for his passion, creative energy, and a tireless work ethic.
